Agent Information:  I started my real estate career in 1985 with Draeger Land and Homes in Kent.  I worked with Draeger's for 15 years and was agent of the month over 30 times, before moving to Coldwell Banker Danforth in January 2001. In 2001, 2002 and 2004 I was awarded the International Sterling Society Award. This award is given to the top 20% of agents company wide.   I worked with John L Scott in the Kent north office for a year and a half and now am with Metropolitan Reality Group.

I service the communities of South King County, East King County and North Pierce County.  I have worked full time in the industry since I started in 85'.  I work with only a limited number of clients at a time so I can give my full attention to their needs.  I pride myself on treating my clients how I would like to be treated. I have taken many classes during my years as a real estate agent to better prepare myself to serve my clients.  My clients only work with me and no "assistants". 

I also tour homes regularly to increase my knowledge of the current real estate market. 

If needed I have many contacts in the Mortgage industry to maximize the number of available loan programs to fit almost any need.  

My hobbies include: Golf, hiking, biking, skiing, photography, computers.  I am married (26years) with 2 children a dog and a cat.
